By booking your event at The Old Library, you are booking out the entire venue exclusively for your company. You can rest assured that you won’t be sharing your Christmas party with any other companies and as part of your booking there will be at least one security guard on the door all evening. As part of this, our library bar will be exclusively for your guests, making it all the easier if you are looking to treat your employees further with a tab behind the bar!

This is no problem for The Old Library chefs, we offer a range of options to choose from to suit your needs. 4)      Our Stunning Christmas Tree

A thing of beauty on its own, our Christmas tree arrives into the venue at the end of November every year (with some difficulty through our tiny doors!). Standing at roughly 12 feet tall, it captures the attention of anyone who walks through our doors and provides a real WOW factor. It brings the outdoors in, filling the room with the aromatic smell of a real Christmas tree, it is greatly missed when taken down and we count down the days until we can put up another one!

5)      Mulled Wine & Mince Pies

Would it really be Christmas without a mince pie and a glass of mulled wine? Two of the items most synonymous with Christmas, if you book a festive buffet or Christmas dinner with us, each guest will receive a complimentary glass of mulled wine on arrival, and mince pies for the table following the main meal. Our mulled wine is always popular, served up in the foyer when guests have just arrived out of the cold weather, it is sure to warm them up and get them in the festive spirit!
